On this project our client had the perfect setup to construct a completely detached & private ‘granny flat’. The end result is a 1,200 sqft. masterpiece of 2 bedrooms 2 bath and a large living room area to entertain.

This companion unit is unique because it provides all the luxuries amenities of a standard single family residence. The only thing missing is a garage. Otherwise whoever ends up living here will have plenty of indoor and outdoor area. This accessory dwelling unit is currently in construction! We will update as work continues!
