Rummy founded IL Total Design in 2000 and has spent more than two decades designing custom homes, ADUs, and additions across San Diego. She leads the design on every project — turning how you'll actually live in the space into a plan that maximizes it, while staying inside the city rules that keep your build moving.
Greg Ricards
Designer & General Contractor
Greg bridges the drawing board and the job site — shaping the design and then leading the build. With one person carrying a project from concept into construction, the details that make a space work don't get lost in a hand-off between firms.
Daniel Dechner
Head Project Coordinator
Daniel is your first point of contact and the person who keeps everything moving from the first site visit to the final walkthrough. He coordinates design, permitting, and construction so the process stays clear, on budget, and on schedule — and so you always know what's next.
